- Communications
We are always looking at ways to improve what we do in corporate communications. Sometimes we accomplish that through evaluating metrics/research, looking at new tactics and strategies, trying new tools or different creative approaches. Other times, we focus on leadership development, teambuilding, and new ways of thinking that can help make a team “up its game” in communications. It helps to learn from others in or out of your industry.
The Page Learning Lab was attractive to me as a leader for two reasons. It allowed my team to learn together in a flexible learning environment that led to meaningful discussions about change and disruption in new communications and media environment. It also sparked new ideas of what it means to be a leader and how can we improve the way we do our jobs to benefit our broader department and our organization.
It was especially great to hear real-life examples, advice from other leaders, and stories related to challenges we all face across industries in highly complex organizations, like healthcare.
The Page Learning Lab is a collaborative, online learning program that delivers the skills and knowledge increasingly required of communications leaders.
